  • They should encourage, help and assist in everything that promotes the smooth running of the program.
  • Promote the active participation of their children with the utmost responsibility, being aware of the benefits that entail practice for your children and for the group. Therefore, they should try to avoid punishing them through soccer and look for other alternatives that do not harm the player, his teammates and the team in general.
  • Good communication with the coach, based on respect for their work is needed.
  • They will serve as an example at every moment and refrain from using profanity vocabulary or have wrong attitudes with referees, coaches and own and opposing players.
  • They will facilitate and support the work of the coaches. We all know of the coaches’ dedication and unselfishness in such a complicated and difficult task. They should refrain from directing the team and players during games, this function is reserved exclusively to the coach.
  • They should report any circumstances or medical news that affects the health of their player that could affect their performance.
  • They must inform the coach of any not sporting situation that could affect performance, behavior or development of the activity both outside and inside the field.
